Il Premio Balzan 2013 per la sociologia terrà la lezione "The Crisis of the Liberal Democracy from Brexit to Trump and Beyond" lunedì 22 maggio alle ore 18.00 in aula A11, campus di Lugano. La lezione è aperta al pubblico.
Il prof. straordinario della Facoltà di scienze informatiche è stato nominato fellow dal Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study dell’Università di Harvard. La Radcliffe Fellowship è tra i riconoscimenti più prestigiosi e competitivi degli Stati Uniti.
Il Decano della Facoltà di scienze biomediche dell'USI riceverà il riconoscimento dal Presidente della ASSM Daniel Scheidegger nel contesto di una cerimonia che avrà luogo giovedì 16 novembre a Berna.
