Domani martedì 21 febbraio alle ore 10:45, in via Pometta 1 a Bellinzona, avrà luogo la conferenza stampa di presentazione dei nuovi laboratori dello IOR, dal primo gennaio affiliato alla Facoltà di scienze biomediche dell’USI.
La mostra è l'occasione per avvicinarsi al processo ideativo e al pensiero alla base del lavoro dell’omonimo studio basilese. L'inaugurazione si terrà giovedì 23 febbraio alle ore 19.00 in aula magna (Palazzo Canavée, campus di Mendrisio).
Dal 1° febbraio 2017 swissnex collabora con l’USI per una serie di iniziative per accrescere la visibilità dell’ateneo sulla costa orientale degli Stati Uniti, agevolando i contatti accademici e aziendali.
Mercoledì 22 febbraio alle ore 18.00 nell'aula A21 del campus di Lugano avrà luogo la presentazione del libro di Giulio Busi. L'autore discuterà la sua opera con i professori Giacomo Jori e François Dupuigrenet Desrouissilles.
Martedì 21 febbraio alle ore 17.30 (aula 354, campus di Lugano) si terrà la prima lezione del corso gratuito e aperto al pubblico di Storia del pensiero ebraico rinascimentale, tenuto dal prof. Giulio Busi e dalla prof.ssa Angela Guidi.

Da settembre l'USI offrirà il primo master in intelligenza articifiale in Svizzera. L'AI, una delle aree più popolari delle scienze informatiche e ingegneristiche, tratta i processi di apprendimento e di adattamento di macchine, robot e programmi informatici.

A press conference to introduce IOR’s new laboratories will be held on Tuesday, February 21st at 10.45am in via Pometta 1, Bellinzona. IOR has been affiliated to USI’s Faculty of Biomedical Science since the beginning of January.
The exhibition is a chance for a closer look at the creative process and thought that lies behind the work by the atelier based in Basel. The opening will be held on February 23rd at 7pm in the Aula Magna (Canavée Building, Mendrisio Campus).

From September, USI will offer the first master in Artificial intelligence in Switzerland. The AI is the most popular area of informatics and engineering, and deals with intelligent behavior, learning, and adaptation in machines, robots and body-less computer programs.
